The food, drinks & atmosphere are great. Easy access by car or snowmobile you will enjoy the Boondocks

We had a great time in the wood shed. Fun waitress and good good. The stream running through the dining room is cool too
I must say I was very disappointed with my visit. Food was average. This would have been okay, but our waitress was not very good. There were only a few tables being served, but we, along with patrons around us, couldn't figure out where our waitress was. The soup took a long time to arrive. It wasn't cheddar broccoli as advertised. It was a bland broccoli soup with a few strings of cheese on top. When the waitress took the cup, she never asked how it was. Dropped the food off and, again, never returned to ask how it was or if we needed anything else. Our glasses sat on the edge of the table, never to be refilled. When she picked up the dishes, she still never asked how it was. We waited for our check. Then we waited for her to pick it up. Again, a wait for change. She brought back the change as a $20. I waitresses and managed restaurants for over 40 years. It's standard procedure to break a big bill so patron can tip. For this waitress, her job started and ended with dropping off food and taking money. The other waitress was always visible and had to assist our waitress' customers when they couldn't find her. Our waitress needs some training in "customer service." And by the way, I never complain, but this was the most disappointing meal that I have had in years.
